Due to scheduled maintenance of hotel facilities, operating hours for selected facilities will be adjusted on certain dates. Details of the facility schedule changes and accommodation discount are as follows:

1. “Game Zone” and “Pin Library”

Adjusted operating hours on September 10, 2026: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM and 7:00 PM–10:00 PM

2. Outdoor Hot Spring Spa and Children’s Pool

Open until 8:00 PM:

．January 11, March 10, May 17, September 20 & 29, 2027

Closed all day:
．September 10, 17 & 22, 2026
．January 12 & 13, March 11, May 18 & 19, September 21, 22 & 30, 2027

3. Accommodation Discount

Guests staying on any of the dates when the Outdoor Hot Spring Spa and Children’s Pool are closed all day will receive a NT$500 discount per room per night when booking one of the eligible packages below through our official website or by phone.

．Early Bird Room Only
．Early Bird including Breakfast

For eligible bookings, the NT$500 discount will be deducted directly from the room charges upon settlement at check-in.

4. Important Notes

1. The discount does not apply to bookings made under packages other than those listed above, or through third-party booking websites, platforms, or other sales channels.
2. This discount is available for individual bookings only and does not apply to group or travel agency bookings.
3. Due to scheduled maintenance of the water facilities, guests staying for consecutive nights during the maintenance period may be required to change rooms on different nights depending on operational needs. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
4. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the adjusted operating hours or temporary facility closures and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
