On January 28, recreational facilities will close at 5:00 PM (last entry at 4:30 PM).
The Lunar New Year Light Snack Bar will be available from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM on January 28.(For an optional dinner box purchase, please reserve at least three days in advance.)

Cancellation Policy
For stays during the "Lunar New Year Special Package" (January 28 to February 2), a 50% deposit will be collected, and cancellations will be charged as follows based on the stipulated rates:
Cancellation on the check-in date: 100% of the deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellation 1 day before check-in: 80% of the deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellation 2-3 days before check-in: 70% of the deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellation 4-6 days before check-in: 60% of the deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellation 7-9 days before check-in: 50% of the deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellation 10-13 days before check-in: 30% of the deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellation 14 days or more before check-in: Full refund of the deposit.
Package Guidelines
Eco-Friendly Initiative:
Single-use amenities (toothpaste, toothbrush, comb, razor, shower cap, cotton swabs, slippers) are not provided. Please bring your own.
If you forget any items, you can purchase them at the front desk or recreation center. Proceeds support charity.
In-Room Amenities:
Rooms come with bath towels, hand towels, tumblers, and C.O. Bigelow toiletries (shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand wash, lotion).
Water Supply:
No bottled water provided.
Use the in-room water bottle or bring your own to refill at the sparkling water dispensers available on each floor.
Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in is at 3:00 PM;check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Baby Equipment:
Complimentary baby cribs, bed rails, bathtubs and sterilizers are available upon reservation (limited availability; please request at booking).
