・On Lunar New Year’s Eve, recreational facilities will be open until 5:00 PM. Last admission to the water facilities is at 4:30 PM.
・The Lunar New Year Light Bites Bar will be available from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM. No food service will be available from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM.

．Accommodation in the booked room type, including breakfast.
．Lunar New Year Snack Bar (Afternoon Session): Daily 2:30–4:00 PM. Savory snacks, tofu pudding, desserts, and beverages.
．Lunar New Year Snack Bar (Evening Session): Daily 5:30–9:00 PM. Hot dishes, light bites, desserts, and beverages. (Not available on February 5, Luna New Year’s Eve.)
．One festive treat per room for stays between February 5–8 (not repeated for multiple nights).
．Italian Blupura sparkling water dispenser available on every guestroom floor, unlimited refills.
．Access to outdoor hot spring spa and recreation facilities (SWITCH2, PS5, foosball, basketball game, etc.); available until 5:00 PM on February 5.

Cancellation Policy

．Cancellation on the day of check-in: 100% of prepaid deposit charged.
．Cancellation 1 day before arrival: 80% charged.
．Cancellation 2–3 days before arrival: 70% charged.
．Cancellation 4–6 days before arrival: 60% charged.
．Cancellation 7–9 days before arrival: 50% charged.
．Cancellation 10–13 days before arrival: 30% charged.
．Cancellation 14 days or more before arrival: Full refund of deposit.

Additional Information

．Disposable amenities (toothpaste, toothbrush, comb, razor, shower cap, cotton swabs, slippers) are not provided. Guests may bring their own or purchase at the Front Desk or Recreation Center. Proceeds from amenity sales are donated to charity.
．Rooms are equipped with towels, mugs, and C.O. Bigelow toiletries (shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand wash, and lotion).
．Bottled water is not provided. Please use the in-room bottle or your own container to refill sparkling water, room temperature water, or chilled water from floor dispensers.
．Check-in time: 3:00 PM. Check-out time: 11:00 AM.
．Baby cribs, bed rails, bathtubs, and sterilizers are available free of charge (limited quantity; please request when booking).

・Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel. Violators will be charged a cleaning fee.

・Discounts cannot be combined, and this package is not available for groups.
・The Premier Huge Room accommodates up to 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old. It features one queen bed (180cm × 188cm), along with a daybed (90cm × 170cm, for children only) and a sofa (100cm × 175cm, for children only).
