Event Dates and Details
Dates: October 25 – October 26
Food & Drinks: Served daily from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Free entry for hotel guests, with seating available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Costume Contest: Held daily from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM. On-site registration required, with one participant per room.
Location: Rick's Restaurant, 1st Floor, Hall 1.
Event Guidelines
The winner of the costume contest will receive a special prize, and all participants will get a small gift.
Bring your own costume, or choose from a limited selection of costumes and accessories available at the event, free of charge.
After enjoying your meal, kindly place your used dishes on the collection cart.
Please handle all costumes, accessories, and props with care. Any damaged items must be reimbursed at cost.
This event is only available for individual guests and does not apply to group bookings or guests who have booked through travel agencies.
Costume Contest Schedule
7:30 PM – 7:45 PM: Event introduction by the host
7:45 PM – 8:15 PM: Open for photo opportunities; staff assistance available
8:15 PM – 8:50 PM: Costume contest
8:50 PM – 9:00 PM: Event wrap-up and return of costumes and props
