Important Notes for High-Speed Rail & Hotel Combo
Due to ticketing requirements, reservations must be made at least one day before your check-in date.
This offer is only available through the hotel’s online booking system. Bookings made via third-party platforms or by phone are not eligible.
The number of High-Speed Rail tickets purchased cannot exceed the number of guests in the booking.
Eligible travel dates for tickets: one day before the check-in date (inclusive) or one day after the check-out date (inclusive).
The ticket date, time, and train number are based on the availability shown in the hotel’s official booking system. Ticket reservations, seat selection, itinerary changes before ticket collection, and cancellations (both hotel stay and High-Speed Rail tickets must be canceled together) must be handled through the hotel’s booking system.
High-Speed Rail tickets for travel within 29 days can be reserved at the time of booking. For bookings made earlier than 29 days before travel, tickets can be pre-purchased at a discounted rate, and seat selection can be completed on the hotel’s booking system once reservations are open.
After seat selection, tickets can be collected at High-Speed Rail station ticket counters, automated ticket machines, convenience stores (an additional handling fee of NT$10 per ticket applies, NT$20 for round-trip tickets), or via the High-Speed Rail T-EX mobile app.
If tickets have been collected or used, hotel bookings cannot be canceled.
Invoices for High-Speed Rail tickets will not be issued by the hotel.

Notice
Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel. Violators will be charged a cleaning fee.

"Premier Huge" accommodates a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old. The room features one large bed (180cm x 188cm), a loft futon (90cm x 170cm for children), and a loft sofa (100cm x 175cm for children).
